A new day

I'm watching the sunrise.
My life is not perfect.

Inside, there are pieces of me that feel helpless.
But I will trust in the Lord to renew my strength.

Today is a new day.
Today, all things can turn around.

I will trust that they will.
Why?

For the same reason I pray to a God I can't physically see.
I know he's there.
He's answered my prayers before.
And he will again.
Because I have faith.
